DESCRIPTION
Le présent manuel fait référence à une Cellule de refroidissement, c’est-à-dire à un outil réfrigérant apte
à refroidir rapidement un produit cuit jusqu’à +3°C (froid positif) ensuite jusqu’ à -18°C (froid négatif).

Fournie avec KIT crémaglières et glissières pour grilles et plaques 600x400 et GN 1/1.
La structure extérieure et intérieure est constituée en acier inox, le fond extérieur est en tôle galvanisée.
L’isolation de la cuve (sans CFC) est réalisée en mousse polyuréthane expansé, 40 Kg/Mc.
Alimentation par câble électrique, fourni par le constructeur.
