Control module
• The control module contains all of the
elements that allow your pressure cooker to
operate. As soon as it is fixed to the lid,
ActiCook
®
may be used normally.
• Once the timer, the control module and the seal
have been removed, the lid and pan may be
washed in a dishwasher.
• The control module has been designed to
facilitate cleaning of your pressure cooker.
To remove the module from the lid:
• Turn the lid over.
• Unscrew the module's fixing nut using a coin,
while holding the module with your other
hand.
• Turn the lid over and remove the module.
To attach the control module to the lid:
• Make sure that the position selector (E) is
aligned with the icon - Fig 10 and
that the jaws are flat on the edge of the
lid.
• Position the module on the lid.
• Turn the entire assembly over while holding
the module on the lid, and screw in the fixing
nut using a coin.
The control module can only be fitted in
one way.
Steam cooking
• During steam cooking the food is not in
contact with the cooking water.
Using the steam basket
• Clip the tripod (I) beneath the Vitamin basket
(H)
