many of the events , particularly the errors reported in the

Byte .
After
determining that
the
instrument

ed service ( by examining the STB ) , the controller may re
quest the additional information by sending an ERR query

ERR ? ) . In
response , the

returns
a code

fines the event . These codes are described in Table 3-1 .
