H Plug the probe tip from the probe on CH 1 into the BNC to probe tip
adapter.
Pull forward to
remove the
retractable hook tip.
Unscrew the ribbed
ferrule tip cover and pull
forward to remove.
Pull forward to
remove the
ground-lead
assembly.

c. Initialize the oscilloscope:
H Press save/recall SETUP.
H Press the main-menu button Recall Factory Setup.
H Press the side-menu button OK Confirm Factory Init.
