Issue
I have received a
reply saying ‘the Master

Possible Reason
1. Another master user is already programmed
2. Powertxt® has received set up command
twice
There is no power available
1. The network signal is busy
2. The SIM card is locked
3. The SIM card is not active
The user is not programmed within this device

Solution
1. Check the device has not been previously set up by another user
2. The mobile number that sent #00# first will be the master user
3. Please contact your supplier for technical support
Check there is external power available
1. Take the SIM out and wipe the gold contacts on the back, then insert
the SIM back into Powertxt®
2. Unlock the SIM card
3. Check with the network provider that the SIM card is still active
