A numeric parameter that indicates the maximum number of kbits/s delivered
to UMTS (up-link traffic) at a SAP. As an example a bitrate of 32kbit/s would
be specified as ‘32’ (e.g. AT+CGEQREQ=…,32, …). This parameter should
be provided if the Traffic class is specified as conversational or streaming
(refer 3GPP TS 24.008 [8] subclause 10.5.6.5).
< Maximum bitrate DL> 0-384
A numeric parameter that indicates the maximum number of kbits/s delivered
by UMTS (down-link traffic) at a SAP. As an example a bitrate of 32kbit/s
would be specified as ‘32’ (e.g. AT+CGEQREQ=…,32, …). If the parameter
