Cleaning EcoTouch+ Screen
Clean the EcoTouch+ screen the same way you would clean other electronic device screens. Slightly dampen a
scratch resistant cloth (preferably a microfiber cloth) with water and wipe the screen with gentle even strokes.
Use only water; never use window cleaners, household cleaners, compressed air, aerosol sprays,
solvents, ammonia, abrasives, or cleaners containing hydrogen peroxide.
Never spray anything directly on the EcoTouch+ screen!
Procedure: Change Batteries
No need to remove the backplate! The battery pack slides out.
1. Remove security screw.
2. Remove front plate.
3. Use the battery pack tabs shown in Figure 9 to pull the battery pack out of the wall, toward you.
4. Replace batteries in battery pack.
5. Slide battery pack through the back plate punch- out and back into the wall so it is secure.
6. Replace front plate and security screw.

Wired version: Under normal conditions, a correctly deployed EcoTouch+ wired version will require no
maintenance.
Procedure: Visual Inspection
1. Verify that components have not been tampered with, destroyed or stolen.
2. Verify that the components are securely mounted on their respective surfaces.
3. Verify that the AC power is being supplied to the HVAC system.
4. Verify that the power/data wiring between the EcoSource+ and the EcoTouch+ are intact and
connected.
