How do I pair EcoTouch+ with EcoSource+?
The EcoTouch+ has to be joined to the EcoConnect coordinator, and then paired to the EcoSource+. This is
done through the join-bind button press sequence on the EcoSource+, same as the EcoContact+ and EcoSense+.

How do I calibrate the proximity sensor?
After the EcoTouch+ is first powered up, and the installer leaves the room for at least 3 minute, the EcoTouch+
proximity sensor will be calibrated.
What about other high powered radio devices near the EcoTouch+?
The EcoTouch+ uses an analog PIR sensor. Because of this, it should not be placed close to other high powered
radio devices. Otherwise, they will stay occupied. For example, do not install the EcoTouch+ closer than 1 foot
to the EcoSource+.
How do I bind one EcoTouch+ to Multiple EcoSources?
To bind one EcoTouch+ to multiple EcoSources, enter the "Pair" option as usual. The display will inform you
that it is already paired to another EcoSource+, and ask if you would like to pair it to another. The EcoTouch+
can be paired with up to three EcoSources.
Why is my EcoTouch+ screen not dimming properly?
It could be your backplate. Make sure you are installing the backplate specifically designed for the EcoTouch+.
The backplates for the EcoTouch (non-PLUS version) and EcoTouch+ are not interchangeable. Do not use
EcoTouch backplates left over from a previous job, unless you are confident they are the correct design.
Using the proper backplate ensures that the light sensor seals properly, preventing the screen from dimming
unexpectedly.
How should I clean the EcoTouch+ screen?
Clean the EcoTouch+ screen the same way you would clean other electronic device screens. Slightly dampen a
scratch resistant cloth (preferably a microfiber cloth) with water and wipe the screen with gentle even strokes.
Never use window cleaners, household cleaners, compressed air, aerosol sprays, solvents, ammonia,
abrasives, or cleaners containing hydrogen peroxide.
Never spray anything directly on the EcoTouch+ screen!
What activates the EcoTouch+ screen? What de-activates it?
The EcoTouch+ screen “wakes up” when it senses someone approaching the EcoTouch+.
The EcoTouch+ screen will go dark when there is no interaction with the screen for 15 seconds.
