W ARNING: Failure to follow th ese warnings may result in personal injury, electrocution, electrical shock, fire
or explosion: Do not use flammable liquids or operate machine in or near flammable liquids, vapors or
combustible dusts. Do not pick up flammable materials or reactive metals. Keep sparks and open flame away.
Keep battery hood open when charging. Disconnect battery cables before servicing machine.
DAILY: BEFORE EACH USE
1. Check battery
meter charge level.
(See Battery Charging
Information b elo w).
6. Make sure th e
recovery tank float
screen is clean.
2. Install brushes
or new pads on
machine.
7. Check gaskets on
bottom of recovery tan k
and clean all debris.
3. Check all switches
and motors to make
sure they o p erate
properly.
8. Check solution
tank filter in bottom of
solution tank.
4. Clean squeegee
and check condition of
wiping edge. Tu rn b lade
over if worn.
9. Check scrub head
skirt ad ju stment. T h e
skirt should touch the
floor.
5. Make sure recovery
tank is empty. Check
tank lid an d gasket fo r
defects.
10.Fill 12 gal. solutio n
tank with water and ad d
approved products.

DAILY: AFTER EACH USE
1. Drain and rinse out
recovery tank.
6. Check battery fluid
level. (See Battery
Charging Information)
2. Remove and clean
float screen.
7. Clean machine with
all purpose clean er and
damp cloth.
3. Drain and rinse out
solution tank.
8. Recharge batteries
ONLY if machine is used
90 minutes or more.
4. Remove pads/
brushes and clean.
BATTERY CHARGING
INFORMATION:
Before charging, check
battery fluid level. The flui d
level (A) should cove r t he
battery plates (B) a 1/4”. Add
distilled
water if needed. DO
NOT OVE R FILL.
When disconnecting the
battery charger always
remember to unplug the
charger from the wall outlet
first.

MONTHLY:
1. Lubricate fitting on
rear caster with
Lubriplate EMB grease.

2. Check the leveling
of the sq ueeg ee
assembly. T h e full
width of the squeeg ee
should have even
contact on the floor
surface.
3. Clean the battery
corrosion from the top
surfaces o f the
batteries and terminals.
Use a strong mixture of
baking so d a and water.
Brush the mixture sparingly
over the batteries, terminals
and cable clamps. Use a
wire brush to clean the
terminal posts. After
cleaning, apply a coating of
clear battery post protectant
to the terminals and cable
connectors. Keep battery
tops clean and dry.
