Why is my Tennant Floor Machine not sweeping well?

  There are several reasons why your Tennant Floor Machine might have poor sweeping performance. It could be due to worn brush bristles, which require replacement. The main and side brushes may not be adjusted properly, so ensure they are correctly adjusted. Also, check for debris caught in the main brush drive mechanism and clear it. Make sure the hopper is not full, and that the hopper door is fully open. If the hopper lip skirts are worn or damaged, replace them. Ensure the main brush is in the Float position.
