Why is my Tennant 3640 dusting excessively?

If your Tennant Floor Machine is excessively dusting, several factors could be the cause. First, check if the vacuum hose is clogged by unscrewing it from the wand handle and cleaning it. Also, inspect the filter bag or panel filter; if full or clogged, shake, clean, or replace it. Ensure the vacuum wand is fully inserted into the machine. Other potential issues include a damaged vacuum wand hose (replace if necessary), a clogged vacuum inlet plate (remove and clean), or worn/damaged brush skirts and dust seals (replace them). If none of these resolves the issue, there may be a vacuum fan failure, in which case you should contact Tennant service personnel.
