liquids or operate machine in or near flammable liquids, vapors or combustible dusts. Do not pick up flammable materials or reactive metals. Keep
sparks and open flame away . Keep battery hood open when charging. Disconnect battery cables before servicing machine.
DAILY: BEFORE EACH USE
1. Check battery meter
charge level. (See Battery
Charging Information
below).
6. Make sure the recovery
tank float screen is clean.
2. Install brushes or new
pads on machine.
7. Check gaskets on
bottom of recovery tank and
clean all debris.
3. Check all switches and
motors to make sure they
operate properly.
8. Check solution tank
filter in bottom of solution
tank.
4. Clean squeegee and
check condition of wiping
edge. Turn blade over if
worn.
9. Check scrub head skirt
adjustment. The skirt
should touch the floor.
5. Make sure recovery tank
is empty. Check tank lid and
gasket for defects.
10. Fill 12 gal. (45.5 L)
solution tank with water and
add approved products.

DAILY: AFTER EACH USE
1. Drain and rinse out
recovery tank.
6. Check battery fluid level.
(See Battery Charging
Information)
2. Remove and clean float
screen.
7. Clean machine with all
purpose cleaner and damp
cloth.
3. Drain and rinse out
solution tank.
8. Recharge batteries ONL Y
if machine is used 30
minutes or more.
4. Remove pads/ brushes
and clean.
BATTERY CHARGING
INFORMATION:
Before charging, check
battery fluid level. The fl uid
level (A) should cover the
batteryplates(B)a1/4”.Add
distilled
wat er if nee de d . DO
NOT OVERFILL .
When disconnecting the
battery charger always
remember to unplug the
charger from the wall outlet
first.
5. Wipe clean the squeegee
blades.

MONTHLY:
1. Lubricate fitting on rear
caster with Lubriplate EMB
grease.

2. Check the leveling of the
squeegee assembly. The
full width of the squeegee
should have even contact
on the floor surface.
3. Clean the battery
corrosion from the top
surfaces of the batteries
and terminals. Use a strong
mixture of baking soda and
water.
Brush the mixture sparingly
over the batteries, terminals
and cable clamps. Use a
wire brush to clean the
terminal posts. After
cleaning, apply a coating of
clear battery post
protectant to the terminals
and cable connectors. Keep
battery tops clean and dry.
