If the tank is full, the solution control linkage might be broken or out of adjustment, requiring replacement or adjustment. Another possibility is that the solution supply lines or spreader holes are plugged, in which case you should flush them.

  If the motor of your Tennant Scrubber is running but there's no pump discharge, it might be due to an unprimed pump. Remove the pump inlet hose, fill the pump chamber with approximately one ounce of SRS solution, and then reinstall the pump inlet hose. The pump should start metering tank solution after 3 to 4 minutes of run time.
