  If your Tennant Scrubber is leaving water behind, several factors could be the cause. Check the following: * Ensure that the recovery tank isn't full, and drain it if necessary. * Make sure the squeegee blades aren't worn; rotate or replace them if they are. * Verify the vacuum hose isn't clogged by flushing it out. * Confirm that the recovery tank cover is completely closed. * Also, inspect the squeegee for any caught debris and remove it. Additionally, check the vacuum hose for disconnections or damage, and clean the recovery tank float screen if it's clogged. If foam is filling the recovery tank, empty it and use less detergent.

  If your Tennant Scrubber isn't dispensing solution, start by checking if the solution tank is empty and fill it if needed. Ensure the solution switch and flow knob are turned on. If equipped, verify the ES switch is also on. If the issue persists, the solution supply lines may be plugged, requiring a flush. Additionally, the solution control cable could be broken or out of adjustment, needing replacement or adjustment. A clogged or stuck solution solenoid might also be the culprit, requiring cleaning or replacement.

  If your Tennant Scrubber's scrubbing performance is poor, start by removing any debris caught on the scrub brushes. Check if the scrub brush or pad is worn and replace it if necessary. Also, ensure the battery is adequately charged. If the scrub brush motor circuit breaker has tripped, reset it. Low scrub brush down pressure can also cause this issue, so adjust it accordingly.

Why is the FaST system not operating on my Tennant 5300?

  If the FaST system on your Tennant Scrubber isn't working, first ensure the FaST switch is in the ON position. Check if the FaST circuit breaker has tripped and reset it if necessary. A clogged FaST PAK supply hose and/or connectors can also cause this issue, so soak them in warm water and clean them. Make sure the FaST PAK carton isn't empty or disconnected; replace the carton and/or connect the supply hose if needed. Lastly, a clogged flow control orifice and/or screen could be the problem; remove and clean them.
