Why is my Tennant 6650's sweeping performance poor?

Poor sweeping performance in your Tennant Blower can stem from several causes. Check if the brush bristles are worn and need replacement. Ensure the main and side brushes are properly adjusted. Clear any debris caught in the main brush drive mechanism. Also, make sure the hopper isn't full and that the hopper lip skirts aren't worn or damaged. Finally, ensure the hopper door is fully open and the main brush is in the Float position.

Excessive dusting with your Tennant Blower may occur due to several reasons. Start by checking the brush skirts and dust seals for wear, damage, or misalignment; replace or adjust them as needed. Ensure the hopper dust filter isn't clogged by shaking, cleaning, or replacing it. Verify that the shaker solenoid spring is connected and the filter shaker plate is installed correctly. Also, insert the shaker solenoid pin into the hole of the filter element comb and operate the engine at the Fast 1 speed. Inspect the vacuum hose for damage and replace if necessary. Make sure the hopper door is fully open and reset the Thermo Sentry if it has tripped.
