Tools needed: No.10 Wrench, No.5 Hex Key,
No.4 Hex Key, and No.3 Hex Key.

Secure the nut behind the headlight
installation hole with the No.10 Wrench, and
then loosen the installation screws with the
No.5 Hex Key.

Remove the bolt and nut, install the headlight
at the front end of the front fork, and place
the middle hanger of the mudguard at the
rear end of the front fork.

Reinstall the bolt and nut. Secure the nut with
the No.10 Wrench, and then slightly tighten
the headlight screws with the No.5 Hex Key.
Note: There is no need for you to fully tighten
the nut at this time.

Use the No.4 Hex Key to remove the pre-
installed screws on the front fork joints, install
the two support rods on the joints, and then
tighten the screws.
Note: There is no need for you to fully tighten
the nut at this time.
05
Manually adjust the height of the mudguard
to align its top edge with that of the front fork.

No.3 Hex Key).

Tighten all screws.
