The humidity sensor has the highest accuracy between 5 °C and 60 °C, and
between 20 %RH and 80 %RH. If the instrument is exposed to high humidity for
a longer period of time, the measuring accuracy decreases. The humidity sensor
is regenerated within 48 hours via storage at 50 %RH ±10 % and 20 °C ±5 °C.
