The technical data refer to the probe in a stable,
stationary operating mode. To receive a stable
measurement the probe must be in operation for one to
two hours.
The usage of isolate thermocouples is recommended
for supplying the Ethernet probe. Otherwise
discrepancies in readings of up to 0.6 °C may occur due
to leakage currents.
