STATISTICS
• Data Memories 4 through 9
The calculator uses data memories 4 through 9 to store certain statistical
values as you enter your data. You can recall these values to determine
additional information about your data set or to calculate other statistical
values

! 2nd [CSR) — Clear Statistical Registers Key
Use the [2nd [CSRJ Key sequence to clear the statistical registers and
leave the statistics mode STAT is erased from the display If the
calculator Is not In the statistics mode when you press 2 nd tCSRJ. an
error occurs
Note : Before starting a statistics problem with new data, be sure to press
2nd [CSRJ to dear any old data from the statistics registers

Statistics Data Entry Keys
The statistics mode enabies you to enter data values into the calculator's
statistical registers You can then analyze the data by performing any of
several statistical calculations. Including linear regression and trend line
analysis.
The 1£ ♦ Key enters the displayed number as a data value m the statistical
registers. Each time you press £ ♦ 1 . the display shows the number of data
values currently stored in the statistical registers
The INV | [J5J Key sequence removes a data value from the statistical
registers Each time you press INV fE+1 . the display shows the number
of data values currently stored in the statistical registers
Use the (2nd [Frg| Key sequence to enter the same data point up to 99
