PROGRAMMING KEYS
Revising a program step or a block of program steps
You can easily revise an existing program step by first deleting it and then
entering a new one.
Example : to replace a xj mat Is currently In step t3 with a 03 ■ press
8$T until PC 13 OP65 appears in the display then press 2nd [Den
to delete the * The automatic backstop feature displays step 12 press
[ 4-T to insert a new keystroke in step 13.
II you need to revise a block of steps in an existing program. It is easiest to
delete all the unwanted program steps and then enter the new ones
t Press SST or BST until the last step you want to delete is displayed
2 Press 2nd j pel] to delete the step The step is deleted and the
automatic backstop feature displays the previous stop
3 Repeat 2nd pel] until all the unwanted steps have been deleted
4 Enter the keystrokes you want to replace the deleted steps As you enter
them, the keystrokes are automatically coded and inserted as new program
steps
Start with the previous program which calculates the value x ♦ 15 vx.
Change + to - and replace vx with x* to give a new value x - 15 x 7 Run
the program with x » 2.
