4.7 Weekly cleaning of the choco module
4 Operation, maintenance and cleaning
Switch off machine and discon-
nect from power.
Remove mixing bowl by turning the
bayonet lock and take out to the left.
Clean thoroughly with a wet cloth
and dry well.
Open machine front with key.
Remove chute (by pulling) and
clean thoroughly with a wet
cloth and dry well.
Check for chocolate remains
within the machine.
Push up front (like p. 20, No. 2) to set
free the chocolate module.
Turn the switch so the arrow
points up.
Pull the lever below the chocolate
hopper out to remove chocolate hop-
per. Clean thoroughly and reinsert.
