Overview

The ThermoPro TP828B is a professional remote food thermometer designed to help users cook like a pro every time by remotely monitoring food and ambient temperatures. It features dual probes, allowing for simultaneous monitoring of two different food items or one food item and the grill/oven/smoker temperature.

Function Description:

The device consists of a receiver and a transmitter. The transmitter is placed near the cooking appliance with probes inserted into the food, while the receiver allows the user to monitor temperatures remotely from anywhere in their home, up to a range of 1000 feet. It supports USDA-approved temperatures and doneness levels for various meat types (BEEF, VEAL, CHCKE (Chicken), PORK, POULT (Poultry), LAMB, FISH, HAM, GBEEF (Ground Beef), GPOUL (Ground Poultry), and BBQ), as well as a PROG (Program-USER DEFINED TEMPERATURE) mode for custom settings. The thermometer also includes a "Till Ready" temperature function, which displays the remaining temperature needed to reach the target. A timer function (countdown and count-up) is integrated, allowing users to track cooking duration. The device features a temperature alarm that sounds when the target temperature is reached, and the receiver offers multiple alarm modes: beep, vibration, beep and vibration, and silent.
