PROCEDURE TO BE PERFORMED:
Maintenance schedules are minimum requirements. Heavy
use, unusual temperatures or humidity, or other extreme
conditions may require more frequent maintenance.
Roof & Components x x x Inspect & reseal roof & exterior attachment areas
x Clean roof
x x Lubricate roof vent mechanism with light oil; Clean as needed
Fiberglass Exterior x Wash with warm water & mild detergent
x Wax with liquid or nonabrasive wax
Windows & Doors x Check vinyl seals when washing exterior
x Check seals for damage & repair as needed
x Lubricate door hinges & step components with spray grease
x Adjust & lube with graphite or light oil
x Lubricate door locks & strike pockets, exterior components
Seals & Adhesives x Inspect and reseal if necessary
Propane System x x Check for leaks and damage
x Check line pressure; should be checked by a qualied
technician
Water System x Check hoses, ttings & connections for leaks
x Check drainage system for leaks
x x x Sanitize & ush system
x Winterize system as needed
Electrical System x Check GFCI
x Perform maintenance procedures per generator owner's
manual
x Check & service auxiliary and chassis batteries
x Add distilled water to auxiliary batteries as needed
Safety Equipment x Test smoke alarm, and combination carbon monoxide/
propane alarm
x Test & check re extinguisher
