If the software cannot find a connected THORLABS Digital Camera, ensure the camera is receiving power by connecting it to a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port. If the camera has been recently powered on, restart or refresh the software after waiting at least 30 seconds to allow the camera to complete enumeration. If the amber LED stays on, disconnect and reconnect the USB 3.0 cable, and if the problem persists, reboot the computer.
