It is natural that rice cooked in a clay pot is partly scorched.
Adjust the scorch level in the heat setting. If the problem persists,
adjust the scorch level in the mode adjustment.

upper casing.
Water drops may accumulate in the upper case immediately after
cooking or during keeping warm. It is not a malfunction. Wipe them off
with a dry cloth.
