Cloud Storage for a single camera

Step 1 Click on the pencil icon

Access camera settings by clicking the pencil icon.

Step 2 Click on Purchase VAS

Navigate to the option for purchasing Video Cloud Storage services.

Step 3 Click Subscribe

Initiate the subscription process for cloud storage services.

Step 4 Choose which service you would like.

Select the desired cloud storage plan based on your needs.

Cloud Storage for multiple cameras

Step 1 Click ME

Navigate to the 'Me' section in the app to manage account settings.

Step 2 Click More Services

Access additional services, including cloud storage, from the 'More Services' menu.

Step 3 Click Cloud Storage for cameras

Select the 'Cloud Storage for Cameras' option to manage bundled storage plans.

Step 4 Click Subscribe

Initiate the subscription process for bundled cloud storage services.

Step 5 Choose which service you would like.

Select the desired bundled cloud storage plan and proceed to payment.

Cloud Storage Recordings

Step 1 Click on Cloud Storage

Access the cloud storage section to view recorded footage.

Area Detection

Step 1 Click on Surveillance area setting

Define and save the custom area for the camera to monitor.

Schedule

Step 1 Click on schedule

Access the scheduling feature to set detection times.

Step 2 Click Add

Initiate the process of adding a new scheduled event.

Step 3 Set your schedule and click save in the top right hand corner

Configure the schedule details and save the settings.

Home Management

Step 1 Click on your Home name in the top left corner

Access the Home Management section by clicking the current home name.

Step 2 Select Home Management

Choose the 'Home Management' option to manage your connected devices and settings.

Step 3 Click on your “Home”

Select your specific home to view and manage its associated devices.

Step 4 Change settings, change location or add a family member

Modify home settings, update location, or add new family members to the account.

Add a Family Member

Step 1 Click Add Member and then click App Account

Initiate adding a family member by selecting 'Add Member' and then 'App Account'.

Step 2 Fill in the members name and Clan at Home account details Click Save

Enter the new member's name and account details, then save.

Share Oscar3 - Initial Steps

Step 1 Click on Oscar3

Select the specific Oscar camera you wish to share.

Step 2 Click on the settings icon to bring up the camera settings

Access camera settings by clicking the settings icon.

Step 3 Click share devices

Navigate to the option for sharing the camera with others.

Step 4 Click Add

Initiate the process of adding a user to share the camera with.

Share Oscar3 - Completing the Share

Step 5 Enter Email address used to create account

Input the email address associated with the recipient's Clan at Home account.

Step 6 It will now appeared as a Shared device

The shared device will be listed under the recipient's account.

Step 7 A notification will be received on the phone that Oscar3 has been shared to

The recipient receives a notification confirming the shared device.

Step 8 Oscar will now appear under received devices

The shared camera is now visible in the recipient's 'Received devices' list.

Multi Camera View

Red Outline- Controls the camera you have selected.

Indicates which camera is currently selected for control or focus.

Hear whats happening around your camera.

Enable audio playback to listen to sounds captured by the camera.

Save a screenshot on your smartphone memory.

Capture and save still images from the live feed to your device.

Select to speak into your camera.

Activate two-way audio to speak through the camera's speaker.

Record live footage onto your smartphone memory.

Save live video streams directly to your smartphone's storage.

Web View - Accessing the Website

Step 1 Go to the following website on your PC.

Navigate to the specified website URL on your computer.

Step 3 Click on the square on the top right hand corner

Click the icon to enter the web view interface.

Web View - QR Code Scanning

Step 4 Using your phone scan the QR code Ensure the QR code is within the green square

Scan the displayed QR code with your phone's app to log in.

Step 5 Click Confirm Login

Confirm the login process after scanning the QR code.

1. Select the home where you would like to view your cameras.

Choose the desired home from the list to view associated cameras.

2. Select your camera.

Choose a specific camera from the list to view its feed.

3. Speaker - Listen in on what is going on around your camera.

Enable audio to hear sounds from the camera's location.

Expand the camera view to the full screen.

Control with Amazon Alexa - Initial Setup

Step 1 Open your Amazon Alexa App

Launch the Amazon Alexa application on your device.

Step 2 Tap the Devices icon on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen

Navigate to the 'Devices' section within the Alexa app.

Step 3 Tap Your Smart Home Skills

Access the 'Smart Home Skills' section to manage connected devices.

Step 4 Enable Smart Home Skills

Activate the 'Smart Home Skills' feature to discover devices.

Control with Amazon Alexa - Linking Account

Step 6 Click the Smart Life skill then tap Enable to Use

Select the 'Smart Life' skill and enable its usage.

Step 7 Use your Clan at Home Username and Password to log in. Then tap “Link Now”

Log in with Clan at Home credentials to link the account.

Step 8 Choose the Clan at Home app and tap Link Now”

Confirm linking the Clan at Home app to Alexa.

Control with Amazon Alexa - Discovering Devices

Step 9 Then tap Authorize”

Grant permission for Alexa to control your devices.

Step 10 Once the link is successful, tap the “X” icon on the top left corner

Close the account linking window after successful connection.

Step 11 Then Tap Discover Devices

Initiate the discovery of compatible smart home devices.

Step 12 Alexa will now search for compatible devices

Alexa scans for devices that can be controlled.

Oscar3 and Google Chromecast - Initial Setup

Step 1 Click in to your Google Home App

Launch the Google Home application.

Step 2 Find the Add icon

Locate and tap the 'Add' icon to manage devices.

Step 3 Click Set up device

Select the 'Set up device' option to add new devices.

Step 4 Then select the Works with Google option

Choose 'Works with Google' to link services.

Step 5 Scroll down the list to select after Smart Life

Find and select 'Smart Life' from the list of compatible services.

Oscar3 and Google Chromecast - Linking and Usage

Step 7 Youll be asked to authorize Google to access your devices. Click Authorize

Grant permission for Google to access and control your devices.
