If the battery is fully depleted, it may take 5 minutes to turn on. Alternatively, the Palm computer might be hung up. Try a soft reset by gently pressing the reset hole on the back using the stylus. If that doesn't work, the application may have been deleted. Reinstall the CardVisor software using the Palm Desktop installation tool.
