6. TROUBLESHOOTING
Check the following first when you encounter any problems.
If the problem is not solved even after checking the applicable item listed below,
contact our local distributor and let them know the serial number of the instrument and
symptoms.
6.1 Problem and solution
The screen does not
appear when power is
turned on.
The power cord is not
connected correctly.
Fully insert the power cord
into the instrument and outlet.
The screen suddenly
becomes dark.
The power save function is
activated.
The monitor screen is
dark and not easy to
see.
The brightness of the monitor
is low.
Adjust the brightness of the
monitor screen.
Printing is not
conducted.
The data is not printed.
The printer paper is not set.
The printer paper is set in the
reverse direction.
Check the front and rear side
of the paper and correctly set
the paper.
The printer paper is set at an
angle.
Set the printer paper
correctly.
The printer cover is open.
Stable measurements
cannot be obtained.
The measurement light is
obstructed by eyelashes
and/or eyelids.
Ask the patient to open their
eyes wide. Or, have the
physician hold the patient’s
eyelid open during
measurement.
Misalignment due to unstable
fixation.
Ask the patient to look into
the fixation light.
There is interference by
external light.
Avoid external light
interference entering the
patient’s eye.
