DESCRIPTION
ON-OFF and product feeding
valve by means of a rotary dis-
tributor
USE
RV rotary valves are designed to
control delivery or discharge of
powder or granulated products
to and from storage containers.
IMPROPERUSE
RV-RVR rotary valves are NOT
designed to work in dangerous
conditions or with dangerous
materials. If the equipment has to
operate in these conditions, the
Manufacturer must be informed.
Dangerous materials:
• explosives
• toxic
• ammable
• harmful and similar
Dangerous applications:
• extracting the materials listed
above from silos or storage
containers.

PRESSURE
The Rotary Valve can operate
with a maximum differential pres-
sure of 0.3 bar (between inlet and
outlet ange).

Absperr- und Dosierorgan mit
rotierendem Zellenrad für Schütt-
güter.
VERWENDUNGSZWECK
Die Zellenradschleusen der Mo-
dellreihe RV eignen sich zum
Austrag und zur Dosierung von
staubförmigen Schüttgütern und
Granulaten aus Lagerbehältern.
KONTRAINDIKATIONEN
Die Zellenradschleusen der Mo-
dellreihe RV-RVR sind weder für
gefährliche Anwendungen noch
zum Handling von gefährlichen
Medien geeignet. Sollte der Be-
treiber eine RV-Zellenradschleu-
se für gefährliche Medien bzw.
Anwendungen einsetzen wollen,
so muss er unbedingt vorher den
Hersteller um Erlaubnis fragen.
Als gefährliche Medien gelten:
• explosive,
• giftige,
• feuergefährliche,
• in irgendeiner Weise schädli-
che.
Als gefährliche Anwendungen
gelten:
• der Austrag von den oben ge-
nannten Medien aus Silos oder
anderen Behältern.

DRUCK
Die Zellenradschleusen halten ei-
nem maximalen Differenz-druck
von 0,3 bar stand (zwischen
Einlauf- und Auslaufansch).

EMPLOIPRECONISE
Les vannes rotatives modèle RV
sont indiquées pour l’alimentation
et le refoulement contrôlé des pro-
duits pulvérulents ou granulaires
à partir d’éléments de stockage.
CONTRE-INDICATION
Les vannes rotatives standards
de la classe RV-RVR N’ONT PAS
été projetées pour travailler dans
des conditions ou avec des pro-
duits dangereux; par conséquent
si la, machine doitrat répondre à
ces exigences le constructeur doit
obligatoirement en être informé.
Les produits suivants sont consi-
dérés dangereux:
• explosifs,
• toxiques,
• inammables,
• nocifs et/ou similiares.
Les applications suivantes sont
considérées dangereuses:
• extraction des silos ou cellules
contenant les produits indiqués
ci-dessus

Le distributeur alvéolaire peut
fonctionner aven une pression

ZASTRZEŻENIA
Śluzy (dozowniki) celkowe serii
RV-RVR NIE są przystosowane
do niebezpiecznych zastosowań
ani do pracy z materiałami niebez-
piecznymi; jeśli więc urządzenie
ma być eksploatowane w takich
warunkach, wówczas należy
koniecznie skonsultować się z
producentem.
Do materiałów niebezpiecznych
należą materiały:
• wybuchowe,
• trujące,
• łatwopalne;
• materiały uważane z różnych
powodów za szkodliwe.
Do zastosowań niebezpiecznych
należą:
• wysyp wyżej wymienionych
materiałów z silosów lub innych
zbiorników.
