DisengagingtheParkingBrake(page15).
2.Turntheadjustmentnutcounterclockwiseto
loosenthecableadjustment(Figure51).

incrementstoavoidovertensioning.Over
tensioningmaycausethemachinetonot
rollfreeevenwhentheparkingbrakeis
disengaged.Correcttensioningallowsthe
machinetorollfreewhentheparkingbrake
isdisengagedandtoholdpositionwhenthe
parkingbrakeisengaged.
4.Turntheadjustmentnutclockwisetotightenthe
cableadjustment.
Note:Tightenthenutrmlywithasocketor
wrench.

ForSelf-Propel-DriveModelsOnly
Wheneveryouinstallanewself-propelcableorif
theself-propeldriveisoutofadjustment,adjustthe
self-propeldrive.
