Whenremovingthepin(21),makesuretosupporttractionpedalpin(25)to
preventdamage.
InstallingtheTractionPedal
1.Applyacoatofgreasetoouterdiameterofthepin(21)andbushing(7).
2.Applyacoatofgreasetoinnerdiameterofthespacer(22),tractionpedal
pin(25)andlinkagebellcrank(5).
3.AssemblethetractionpedalusingtheFigure151asaguide.
4.Afterthetractionpedalassembly,makesurethatthereisnobindinginpedal
movement.Ensurethatthetractionpedalreturnstothecenteredposition
whenreleased.Correctanystickingorbindingbeforethemachineoperation.
5.Plugthemachinewireharnessconnectorsintothemicroswitches.
6.Afterassemblyofthetractionpedal,adjustthetractionpedal;referto
Operator’sManual.Makesurethatthetractionroddoesnotcontactanything
throughbothforwardandreversedirections.
7.Connectpositivebatterycablefrombatteryterminalandthenconnect
negativecabletobattery;refertoOperator’sManual.
