• Check the engine oil level.
• Check the safety system.
• Clean the cooling system.

• Clean the mower housing.
• Check the air cleaner.
Every 5 Hours
• Check the cutting blades.
• Check cutting blades
• Grease blade spindle bearings
Every 25 Hours
• Check hydraulic fluid level
• Grease mower support and push arms
• Grease brake lever
• Grease both idler pulley pivots
• Oil the linkage bushings.

• Check the battery electrolyte.
• Check the tire pressure.
Every 40 Hours • Grease front tires
Every 50 Hours • Check belts for wear/cracks
Every 100 Hours
• Change the engine oil.

• Check hydraulic lines
• Change hydraulic filter
Every 200 Hours
• Change the oil filter.

• Replace the fuel filter.
• Check the spark plug(s).
Every 250 Hours • Service main air cleaner element

• Adjust and grease caster pivots
• Adjust wheel hub slotted nut
• Replace inner air cleaner element

Before Storage
• Perform all maintenance procedures listed above before storage.
• Drain the fuel tank.
• Charge the battery and disconnect the battery cables.
• Paint any chipped surfaces.
