boltstosecurethecontrolinthenewposition.

lever.

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceand
disengagetheblade-controlswitch.
2.Movethemotion-controlleversoutwardto
thePARKposition,stoptheengine,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Locatethebypassleversontheframeonboth
sidesoftheengine.
4.Movethebypassleversforwardthroughthekey
holeanddowntolocktheminplaceasshownin
Figure23.Ensurethisisdoneforeachlever.
5.Movethemotion-controlleversinwardtothe
NEUTRALpositionandturntheignitionkeytothe
RUNposition.Donotstartthemachine.
Themachineisnowabletobepushedbyhand.
