11.Ensurethatthebeltisproperlyseatedinallpulleys.
12.Toinstallthebeltcovers,insertthetabsonthe
eachcoverintothecorrespondingslotsonthedeck
bracket,ensuringthattheyseat.Rotatethecoverto
thedeckandslidethenotchesundertheloosened
boltsuntiltheyareseated.Tightentheboltsto
securethecovertothedeck.
RemovingtheMower
Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceanddisengagethe
bladecontrolswitch.Movethemotioncontrollevers
outwardtotheneutralposition,engageparkingbrake,
stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforallmoving
partstostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
Lowerthemowertothe3inch(76mm)height-of-cut
position.Removethemowerbeltfromtheengine
pulley;refertotheReplacingtheMowerBeltprocedure.
Lowerthemowertothelowestheight-of-cut.
1.MovethespringloadedJ-hooksoutoftheslotin
therearhangerbracketsonbothsidesofthedeck

4.Lowertheheight-of-cutlevertothelowestposition.
Placetheheight-of-cutpininthelockpositionfor
lowestheight-of-cut.
5.Lifttherearofthemowerdeckandguidethehanger
bracketsovertherearhangerbolts(
Figure75).
6.Attachthefrontsupportonthemowerdecktothe
frontdeckhangersandsecurethemwithawasher
andhairpincotter(Figure75).
7.Installthemowerbeltontotheenginepulley;refer
