Tostopthemachine,movethetraction-controlleversto
neutral,andthenmovethemtothelockedposition,disengage
thepowertakeoff(blade-controlswitch(PTO),andturnthe
ignitionkeytotheOffposition.
Settheparkingbrakewhenyouleavethemachine;referto
SettingtheParkingBrake(page20).Remembertoremove
thekeyfromtheignitionswitch.
CAUTION
Childrenorbystandersmaybeinjuredifthey
moveorattempttooperatethemachinewhileitis
unattended.
Alwaysremovetheignitionkeyandsettheparking
brakewhenleavingthemachineunattended,even
ifjustforafewminutes.

UsingtheTransportLock
Thetransportlockhas2positions,andisusedwiththe
deck-liftpedal.Thereisalockpositionandaunlockposition
forthetransportposition.Thetransportlockisusedwith
thedeck-liftpedal(Figure26).
