2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe

3.Removetheair-intakescreen,therecoilstarter,
andthefanhousing(Figure79).
4.Cleanthedebrisandgrassfromtheengine
parts.
5.Installtheair-intakescreen,therecoilstarter,
andthefanhousing(Figure79).

Important:Thefastenersonthecoversofthis
machinearedesignedtoremainonthecover
afterremoval.Loosenallofthefastenerson
eachcoverafewturnssothatthecoverisloose
butstillattached,thengobackandloosenthem
untilthecovercomesfree.Thispreventsyou
fromaccidentallystrippingtheboltsfreeofthe
retainers.
