4.Risefromtheoperatorsseatandcheckthatthe
cuttingcylinderscometoastopafteraninitial0.5to
1seconddelay.
5.Repeatwiththecuttingcylindersrunninginreverse.
CutterDriveInterlockSwitch
1.Stopthemowerengine.
2.Operatethecutterdriveswitchtotheoffpositionand
turntheignitionkeytopositionI.Thecutterheads
driveswitchindicatorlightshouldnotilluminate.

3.Operatetheswitchtotheforwardposition.The
indicatorlightshouldilluminateandtheengine
shouldnotstartwhentheignitionkeyisturned.
Repeatforthereverseposition.
ParkingBrakeInterlockSwitch
1.Stoptheengine.
2.Engagetheparkingbrake.
3.TurntheignitionkeytopositionI.Theparking
brakeindicatorlightshouldilluminate.
4.Disengagetheparkingbrake.Theindicatorlight
shouldgooutandtheengineshouldnotstartwhen
theignitionkeyisturned.
5.Settheparkingbrake,sitontheoperatorseatand
starttheengine.
6.Releasetheparkingbrake.
7.Risefromtheoperatorseatandcheckthattheengine
stops.
TransmissionNeutralInterlock
Switch
1.Stopthemowerengine.
2.Removeyourfootfromtheforward/reversetravel
pedals.
3.TurntheignitionkeytopositionIandthe
transmissionneutralindicatorlightshouldilluminate.
4.Applylightpressuretothetravelpedalsinaforward
andreversedirectiontocheckthattheindicatorlight
turnsoff.
Note:Takeextremecaretoensurethattheareaaround
themowerisclearbeforecheckingthattheenginewill
notstartunderthiscondition.
