Why is my Toro Flex-Force Power System 60V Pole Saw not running?

There are several reasons why your Toro Pole Saw might not be running or might not run continuously: * The battery pack may be low on charge: Charge the battery pack. * The battery pack may not be fully seated: Ensure that the battery pack is inserted all the way into the housing. * The battery pack may be outside the appropriate temperature range: Move the battery pack to a place where it is dry and the temperature is between 5°C (41°F) and 40°C (104°F). * The battery pack may have exceeded high amperage limits: Release the trigger, then press the trigger switch. * There may be moisture on the leads of the battery pack: Allow the battery pack to dry or wipe it dry. * There may be debris under the cover: Remove the cover and clean out any debris.
