  • T
    Tiffany AlvaradoAug 23, 2025
Why is the hydraulic fluid foaming in my Toro Lawn Mower?
    • S
      shawnormaAug 25, 2025
The hydraulic fluid in your Toro Lawn Mower may be foaming because the oil level in the reservoir is low, the hydraulic system has the wrong type of oil, or one of the pump suction lines has an air leak.
  • M
    Monica CruzAug 25, 2025
Why are the cutting units on my Toro Greensmaster 3250-D 04383 Lawn Mower lifting slowly?
    • J
      Jose LynchAug 26, 2025
Several factors can cause the cutting units to lift slowly. These include low engine speed, low reservoir oil level, binding or broken lift cylinder linkage, binding lift cylinder bushings, low charge circuit pressure, a leaking or damaged implement relief valve, a leaking or damaged solenoid valve in the hydraulic manifold, a stuck, leaking, or damaged relief valve, internal leaks in the lift cylinders, a hung-up spool in the steering control valve, or a damaged gear pump.

Why is the hydraulic system on my Toro Lawn Mower operating hot?
    • R
      Rachel HurleyAug 27, 2025
The hydraulic system may be operating hot due to several reasons: the oil level in the reservoir is low, or the inlet filter is loose or clogged; the oil is contaminated or too light; the parking brake is applied or the brakes are incorrectly adjusted; the hydrostat bypass valve is open or defective; the oil cooler (if installed) is damaged or plugged; the bypass relief is stuck open or airflow is obstructed; the working load of the machine may require the use of an oil cooler; the charge pressure is low; or the wheel motor(s) or reel motor(s) are worn or damaged; or the traction pump is worn or damaged.
  • J
    James RodriguezAug 27, 2025
Why is the traction response of my Toro Lawn Mower sluggish?
    • P
      Patricia WattsAug 27, 2025
A sluggish traction response can be caused by very cold hydraulic oil, the parking brake being applied or brakes incorrectly adjusted, a hydrostat bypass valve that is open or defective, low charge pressure, or a worn or damaged traction pump or wheel motor(s).
  • C
    Clinton JohnsonSep 16, 2025
Why can the steering wheel be turned without the rear wheel turning on my Toro Greensmaster 3250-D 04383?
    • A
      Alexis WashingtonSep 16, 2025
If the steering wheel can be turned without the rear wheel turning, it could be due to a worn steering cylinder or a worn gear set in the steering control valve.
  • P
    perezannaSep 13, 2025
Why is there backlash when turning the steering wheel on my Toro Lawn Mower?
    • W
      williamrodriguezSep 13, 2025
Backlash when turning the steering wheel can be caused by a worn or broken cardan shaft fork in the steering control valve, worn or broken leaf springs in the steering control valve, or worn splines on the steering column.
  • G
    gbridgesSep 15, 2025
Why does the rear wheel shimmy when I turn the steering wheel on my Toro Lawn Mower?
    • C
      cameron11Sep 15, 2025
A shimmy in the rear wheel when the steering wheel is turned may be due to air in the steering cylinder or worn mechanical connections to the wheel or wheel bearing.

    yvettesmithSep 5, 2025
Why is the reel speed low on my Toro Greensmaster 3250-D 04383 Lawn Mower?
    • E
      Eric HarrellSep 5, 2025
A low reel speed can be caused by a cutting unit problem, a leaking or damaged hydraulic manifold reel circuit cartridge, or excessive internal wear in the reel motor.
  • J
    Jessica MillerSep 3, 2025
Why do the cutting units on my Toro Greensmaster 3250-D 04383 Lawn Mower raise but not stay up?
    • J
