retainingrings(18)tospurgear(20).
Note:Theinnerdiameteroftheballbearing(19)mustbeslipt.
4.ApplyalightcoatofgreaseandinstalltheO-ring(32)tothebearingpin(31).
Installthebearingspacer(34),spurgear(20)ontothedrumdrivehousing
(25)andsecurewiththebearingpin(31)andnut(17).
5.Installtheballbearings(6),bearingspacer(7),springwasher(9)anddrum
driveshaft(5)tothedrumdrivehousing(25).
Note:Theouterdiameterandinnerdiameteroftheballbearings(6)must
beslipt.
6.InstalltheV-ringseal(4)ontothedrumouterhub(3).Installthekey(30)to
thedrumdriveshaft(5)andapplyanti-seizelubricantatthetopofthekey.
Slidethedrumouterhub(3)tothedrumdriveshaft(5)andsecurewith
thewasher(2)andnut(1).
7.Installtheoilseal(10)intothedrumdrivehousing(25).Installthekey(30)
tothedrumdriveshaft(5)andapplyanti-seizelubricantatthetopofthe
key.Slidethespurgear(11)tothedrumdriveshaft(5)andsecurewith
thenut(12).
8.Torquetightenthenut(17)from36.5to44.7N·m(27to33ft-lb).
9.Holdthenut(12)andtorquetightenthenut(1)from74.5to88N·m(55
to65ft-lb).
10.Ifremoved,installtheoilseal(13)tothedrumdrivecover(14).
11.Ifremoved,installthehollowplugs(16)tothedrumdrivecover(14).
