1.Pressthebearingintotheroller(supportbothinnerandouterraceways).
2.Placetherollershaftintotheroller.
3.Pressthe2ndbearingintotheroller(supportboth).
4.Installthesealingwasherandbearinglocknutontoeachendoftheroller
shaft.Tightenthelocknutsto34to41N∙m(25to30ft-lb).
InstallingtheFrontRoller
1.Placethecuttingunitonalevelworksurface.Useanappropriatesupportto
raisethefrontofthecuttingunitoffoftheworksurface.
2.Inspecttheconditionofbothheight-of-cutscrews(9)andreplacethemif
necessary.Applyanti-seizelubricanttothethreadsofanewheight-of-cut
screw(9).
Note:Wheninstallingtheheight-of-cutarms(5),makesurethatthetabofthe
sideplatetsbetweentheheadandthewasheroftheheight-of-cutscrew(9).
3.Secureoneoftheheight-of-cutarms(5)tothesideplatewithaplowbolt(1),
height-of-cutwasher(7)andlocknut(6).Thetabontheheight-of-cutwasher
shouldbeorienteddownwardandtintotheslotoftheheight-of-cutarm.
