washerandlocknut.Tightenthelocknut(1)from184to223N·m(135
to165ft-lb).
2.Positiontheslottedholeofthehubsupportstowardtherearofthemachine
andinstallthecuttingunitliftarmassembly(10)tothecuttingunitandsecure
with4nuts,boltsandwashers.
3.Aligntheliftarmassembly(10)totheframeandinstalltheliftarmpin
assembly(15)andbolt.
4.Installtheliftcylinderstothecuttingunitliftarm;refertoInstallingtheCutting
UnitLiftCylinder(page4–10).
5.Installthecuttingunitcovers.
6.Lubricatethegreasettingsaftertheassemblyiscomplete;referto
Groundsmaster1200Operator’sManual.
7.Beforereturningthemachinetoservice,raiseandlowerthecuttingunitto
verifythathydraulichosesandttingsdonotcontactanythingthroughout
thefullrangeofmovement.
