checkingtheoiloraddingoiltothecrankcase.
Donotchangethegovernorspeedoroverspeed
theengine.
ServicingtheAirCleaner
Checkthewholeintakesystemforleaks,damage,or
loosehoseclamps.Donotuseadamagedairlter.
Servicetheair-cleanerlteronlywhentheservice
indicatorrequiresit.Changingtheairlterbeforeitis
necessaryonlyincreasesthechanceofdirtentering
theenginewhenthelterisremoved.
Important:Makesurethatthecoverisseated
correctly,sealswiththeair-cleanerbody,
andtherubberoutletvalveisinadownward
position—betweenthe5o’clockand7o’clock
positionswhenviewedfromtheend.
