Install Rings with Orientation Mark “UP”
Stagger the piston ring gap as shown:
Top Ring
Second Ring
Oil Ring
Piston
Mark
Top Ring

Piston Pin Circlip:
Install the circlip gap in the
12:00 Position (circlip gap
facing up)
Connecting Rod Orientation
Align Long end of connecting rod
with piston orientation “triangle”
