Thelimitedwarrantyset forthbelowisgivenbyThe TomCompany
("Toro")and TheToroWarrantyCompany,pursuanttoan
agreementbetweenthem,withrespectto newmerchandise
purchasedorleasedandusedintheUnitedStatesand/orits
territoriesandpossessions,andby Torowithrespecttonew
merchandisepurchasedorleasedandusedinCanadaandlorits
territoriesandpossessionfor residentialuse*.

workmanshipfor a periodoftwo (2)years commencingonthe

or replace,freeof charge,any partfoundto bedefectivein materials g.
orworkmanship.
NormalWearPartsare warrantedto befreefrom defectsinmaterial
andworkmanshipfor a periodof thirty(30)daysfromthe dateof
originalpurchaseorlease.Normalwear parts include,butare not
limitedlo itemssuchas: belts,blades,bladeadapters,grass bags,
r_derdeckwheels,seats,andtires.
Batterieshavea one-yearproratedlimitedwarrantyagainstdefects
inmaterialand workmanship,with 100%replacementduringthe first
threemonths.Afterthreemonths,thebatteryreplacementcreditis
basedon themonthsremaininginthetwelve(t2) monthperiod
datingbackto the originaldateoforiginalsale or lease.Any
replacementbatterywillbewarrantedonly for theremainderof the
originalwarrantyperiod.
Thislimitedwarrantyshallonlyapplyifthis producthasbeen
operatedandmaintainedin accordancewith theOperator'sManual
furnishedwiththe product,andhasnotbeensubjecttomisuse,
abuse,commercialuse,neglect,accident,impropermaintenance,
alteration,vandalism,theft,fire, water,.or_damagebecauseof other
perilor naturaldisaster.'Damageresultingfromthe installationor
useofanypart,accessoryor attachmentnotapprovedbyToro for
usewiththeproduct(s)coveredby this manualwillvoid your
warrantyas to anyresultingdamage.Inaddition,Toro maydeny
warrantycoverageifthehourmeter,orany partthereof,isaltered,
modified,disconnectedorotherwisetamperedwith.

adjustments,deckadjustments,and normaldeteriorationof

Servicecompletedby someoneotherthananauthorized
servicedealer.
Torodoesnotextendanywarrantyfor productssold or
exportedoutsideofthe UnitedStatesand/orCanada,and
their respectivepossessionsandterritories,exceptthose
soldthroughToro'sauthorizedchannelsof export
distribution.
Replacementpartsand\oraccessoriesthat arenot genuine
Toroparts.
Transportationchargesandservice calls.
Torodoesnotwarrantthis productfor commercialuse*.
Thereareno impliedwarranties,includingwithout
limitationanyimpliedwarrantyof merchantabilityor
fitnessfora particularpurpose.No warrantiesshallapply
afterthe applicableperiodofexpresswrittenwarranty
above.Nootherexpresswarrantiesbeyondthose
mentionedabove,givenby any personorentity,
includinga dealeror retailer,with respectto anyproduct,
shallbindToro. Theexclusiveremedyis repairor
replacementoftheproductassetforth above.Theterms
