1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceanddisengagethe
blade-controlswitch.
2.Movethemotion-controlleversoutwardtothePARK
position,shutofftheengine,removethekey,and
waitforallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Lowertheheight-of-cutlevertothelowestposition.
4.Removethehairpincotterfromthefrontsupportrod
andremovetherodfromthedeckbracket(Figure64).
Note:For60-inchdecks,removethe2hairpincotters
fromthefrontsupportrodsandremovethe2rods
