13. Install the fuel line and clamp on the fuel shut-off
valve and turn the valve to the “OPEN” position (Fig.
338).
12. Move the throttle control lever on the control panel
to the low throttle position. Position the throttle cable
into the top of the throttle cable clamp, push the
throttle cable until the throttle linkage on the engine
stops. Tighten the throttle cable clamp (Fig. 337).
14. Install a key into the crankshaft keyway (Fig. 339).

15. Apply anti-seize compound to the crankshaft (Fig.
340).
