intocontactwiththesparkplug.

1.Checkandtightenallfasteners.
2.Removethesparkplugandspintheenginerapidly
usingthestartertoblowexcessoilfromthecylinder.
3.Inspectthesparkplugandreplaceitifitisdirty,worn,
orcracked;refertotheEngineOperator’sManual.
4.Installthesparkplugandtightenittotherecommended
torqueof180in-lb(20N-m).
5.Performanyneededmaintenanceprocedures;referto

6.Checktheengineoillevel;referto
CheckingtheEngine
OilLevel(page9).
7.Fillthefueltankwithfreshgasoline;referto(page).
