What to do if my Toshiba Barcode Reader has a paper jam?

If your Toshiba Barcode Reader indicates a paper jam, there could be several reasons: 1. The media is jammed, or not feeding smoothly. Remove the jammed media, clean the platen, reload the media properly, and press the [RESTART] key. 2. A wrong media sensor is selected. Turn the printer off and then on, select the correct media sensor, and resend the print job. 3. The Black Mark Sensor is misaligned. Adjust the sensor position and press the [RESTART] key. 4. The media size is inconsistent with the programmed size. Turn the printer off and on. Either replace the media with the correct size or select a matching programmed size, then resend the print job. 5. The Feed Gap Sensor is not working properly.
