The media size is inconsistent. Turn the printer off and on. Replace the media with a matching size, or select a matching programmed size, and resend the print job. 5. The Feed Gap Sensor is not working correctly. Refer to Section 6.4 to set the threshold. If the issue persists, turn off the printer and contact an authorized service representative.
